•      Define technical strategy for execution of large software programs (technical blueprints, design, interfaces, capability needs)

•      Communicate to senior management & customers to align software strategy with internal roadmaps and customer needs

•      MA/MS in Computer Science, Physics, Engineering

•      Experience with Rust

•      Experience with FPGA architectures

•      Experience with AI/ML/agent workflows

•      Experience with detection & tracking algorithms
