We are looking for a Senior
Social Media Specialist who does more than just post content. This role is
about creating ideas, telling stories, and making content that truly connects
with people. You should understand how social media helps build trust, grow a
brand, attract clients, and increase sales, especially in the beauty salon
industry.
The right person has strong
experience and master-level knowledge of beauty salons, including services,
customer behavior, branding, and industry trends. You should be able to turn
this expertise into clear, engaging, and effective social media content.
Key
Responsibilities
- Plan and lead social media content and
strategies for beauty salon brands
- Create fresh content ideas for reels,
stories, and campaigns
- Write clear, engaging captions and short
scripts that match the brand voice
- Work closely with remote creative teams,
including video editors and designers
- Manage and grow social media accounts on
Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Support marketing and promotional
campaigns with strong content
- Ensures social media content builds trust,
attracts leads, and drives sales
- Review performance and audience feedback
to improve content over time
- Clearly explain and support your creative
ideas with the team
Required
Qualifications
· Master-level education, certification, or strong professional experience in the beauty salon industry
· Strong writing skills and the ability to tell engaging stories
· Good knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, and current social media practices
· Experience working with creative teams (video, design, editing)
· Ability to think strategically and focus on business results
· Confident communicator who can take ownership of ideas
· Real, authentic personal social media presence
