Purpose of Position

• CASETiFY is looking for a (Senior) Social Media Associate to join our Social Media Team under the Global Marketing Department. You will support the day-to-day project management of social media campaigns globally and work alongside cross-functional leads to elevate global marketing campaigns.

Job Description

• Assist in Social Media grid planning, tracking, and posting for our global Social Accounts
• Assist in Project Management on Social Media marketing campaigns, including but not limited to market research, creating project timelines, developing creative proposals, and reporting
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and agencies to push forward global brand marketing agendas on Content Creation and Copywriting for Campaigns
• Lead our in-house social content production from preparation to execution, working with content creators
• Stay up-to-date on social & influencer trends as well as cultural moments to generate ideas & engage with our community, turning technical information into fun shareable insights on social media
• Handle ad-hoc tasks and assigned projects

Requirement

• 2+ years of related experience working in the Marketing or Social Media field
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field
• You live and breathe Social Media. You know the latest trends, best practices and hacks to grow the account. Therefore, you are also the first to test them by creating and sharing them on Social Media
• Ability to handle multiple, high-priority projects in a fast-growing environment
• You are eager to learn, a Self-starter with strong initiative, ownership, and accountability for business
• Experience with visual storytelling and producing compelling and engaging social content
• Demonstrated ability in photo and video editing
• Strong proficiency in Canva, Google Sheet and Google Slides
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills on both technical and non-technical matters
