Burson is looking to hire a Senior Analyst (Senior Account Executive level) to join our Social Listening and Measurement  Analytics team in support of the iconic Coca-Cola Company. This is an opportunity to enjoy the best of both the agency and in-house experience while supporting one of the most recognized global brands.

The ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of social media listening, cultural and competitor trends, owned and earned analytics reporting, excellent research and writing skills, and a passion for identifying social-first insights.

Location Requirement: This role is based in Atlanta, and we are seeking candidates who are either already located in Atlanta or open to relocating.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Work with one of the most globally recognized companies in the world, providing social listening and intelligence to transform brands and captivate audiences.
  • Work on Brand and Corporate Reputation issues across The Coca-Cola portfolio which may include sustainability, social impact, ESG and other public affairs/corporate communication issues relevant to the company.
  • Be ready to dive in headfirst into the client’s day-to-day opportunities and challenges, standing shoulder-to-shoulder with them as one team in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment.
  • Monitor, track, and evaluate campaign performance analytics, based on client KPIs, targets and baselines.
  • Proactively deep dives into data to inform and steer critical decision making, as well as work with complex datasets to aggregate, ingest and organize data in a clean, ready-to-use fashion in order for the team to deliver data-led findings.
  • Analyze paid, owned, earned social, and web data to provide insight into the performance of client marketing and PR programs.
  • Analyze large, complex and often unstructured datasets to generate actionable insights.
  • Monitor social channels and analyze company, consumer, and trending conversations.
  • Provide social analytics reporting and work within a team to develop and execute creative digital and social media content, campaigns, and influencer engagement.

EXPERIENCE THAT CONTRIBUTES TO SUCCESS:

  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience in social media listening and analytics
  • Detail-oriented while keeping sight of bigger picture/trends; intellectually curious
  • Keen eye for data trends and the ability to investigate and extract insights from large, technical data sets
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills along with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work on a team and handle multiple high priority projects simultaneously.
  • Strong MS Office knowledge including Excel (pivot tables and Macro knowledge a plus) and PowerPoint.
  • Basic understanding of social listening, creatingboolean queries and AI tools
  • Exposure to quality assurance and testing methodologies.
  • Experience with monitoring tools, such as Brandwatch, Sprinklr or Newswhip.
  • Desire to work in a diverse and inclusive organization as an active participant in culture initiatives, training opportunities and employee resource groups
  • Second language fluency in Spanish, Portuguese or French is a plus
