Site Reliability Engineer (all genders) | Senior | Ukraine (remote)
Your Impact
As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (all genders) at eduki, you play a key role in outlining and achieving crucial SLAs for our customers and various in-house teams. Here are your key tasks and responsibilities to achieve this goal:
- Monitoring and Alerting: You lead efforts to enhance monitoring and alerting capabilities, aligning them with the needs of our back-end, DevOps, DBA, and Security teams.
- SLA/SLO/SLI Management: You formalize SLAs, negotiate SLOs, and track SLIs, collaborating closely with the Tech team to meet performance goals.
- Incident Management: You shape tech support commitments and processes, facilitate troubleshooting, manage communication during outages, and drive post-mortems and investigations.
- Resilience and Safety Nets: You develop a cohesive approach to backups management, chaos testing, and monitoring the integrity of data and infrastructure.
We are searching for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (all genders) to help us achieve our mission to enhance education. Furthermore, you should check the following boxes:
- You are an experienced SRE, with a deep focus on site reliability.
- You have strong expertise with Docker and Kubernetes, and have recently contributed to building infrastructure centered around Kubernetes.
- You possess advanced knowledge of Linux, with a solid understanding of its internals and hands-on experience managing distributed multi-node Linux environments.
- You are proficient in using key tools for telemetry, tracing, alerting, and monitoring.
Please note: Due to legal restrictions, we can currently only hire people living in Ukraine.
