Lead site QA/QC activities to ensure construction quality, QMS
compliance, inspection, testing and documentation meet project, client, ADNOC
and applicable international standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor the Construction Quality Plan, QA/QC
procedures and project QMS.
- Develop/review QA programs, audit schedules, procedures and
subcontractor quality deliverables.
- Review and approve site ITPs, QCPs, ITRs and quality technical
submittals.
- Coordinate site inspections, testing, receipt inspections and
ITR submissions through Completions/PetroPCS.
- Supervise QC inspectors and subcontractor QC teams, ensuring
effective inspection coverage.
- Monitor NCRs, corrective actions, surveillance findings and
ensure timely close-out.
- Conduct/coordinate internal, client and third-party audits and
track action closure.
- Lead quality meetings, QMS reviews, training/toolbox talks and
customer feedback activities.
- Monitor quality KPIs, prepare reports and identify trends,
risks and improvement opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, client
specifications and approved QC plans.
- Coordinate with Client, Completions, Construction, Engineering
and subcontractors on quality matters.
- Drive lessons learned, quality alerts and continuous
improvement across the project.
Requirements
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 15 years’ QA/QC experience in Oil &
Gas/Petrochemical projects.
- Previous ADNOC project experience preferred.
- Experience with major EPC contractors or their subcontractors.
- CSWIP 3.2.2 / RTFI Level II / Film Interpretation
certification.
- CSWIP or PCN Welding certification.
- QMS Lead Auditor/Auditor certification.
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC systems, ITPs, QCPs, ITRs, NCRs,
audits and construction quality management.
- Strong leadership, coordination, reporting and client-facing
skills.
