We are looking for ITSM Implementation Consultants/ Developers to join our highly motivated and dynamic team based in Sofia. Responsibilities of the role:

The Senior Technical Consultant is the functional and technical expert in customer engagements. The Senior Technical Consultant is responsible for configuring the ServiceNow Platform on leading practices to provide a solution that achieves customer outcomes.

As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will:

  • Participate in workshops with customers to assess current processes and establish the future state.
  • Design and deliver ServiceNow solutions based on defined technical architecture, following technical standards and leading practises.
  • Consult, Install, configure, and integrate products from ServiceNow on any of the following domains; Platform, Customer Experience & industry solutions, Technology Excellence, Employee Experience..
  • Develop custom solutions as required through scripting and application development
  • Prepare technical documentation as specified in customer contracts and as internally required.
  • Maintain skills on, HAM (Hardware Asset Management) and/or SAM (Software Asset Management) and/or CSM (Customer Service Management) and/or FSM (Field Service Management), HRSD (HR Service Delivery) and/or ERM (Enterprise Risk Management) and/or Industry product offerings such as Telecommunications, Financial Services, etc,..

 

Requirements of the role:

  • 5+ years experience implementing ServiceNow
  • Strong ServiceNow core capabilities knowledge, including ITSM and any of HAM, SAM, HRSD, ERM, FSM etc..
  • Industry domain expertise in any of:  Telecommunications, Banking/Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Government, Field Services, Procurement, etc.
  • Understanding of integrations, data models, and process automation, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • JavaScript
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
  • Interpersonal skills – leading skills, communication, negotiation, focus on details, prioritization, decision-making and strong analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines by working under pressure
  • Good presentation skills
  • Fluent English (Verbal and Written)

Skills Required
