Job Responsibilities :We are looking for a skilled and forward-thinking ServiceNow Developer to join our IT Applications team at Razer. This role is critical to supporting, maintaining, and evolving our enterprise applications—primarily ServiceNow and Coupa—across all global regions. You will focus on delivering scalable automation, user-centric service experiences, and AI-enhanced workflows that improve how internal teams work and collaborate.You will take ownership of designing, developing, integrating, and optimizing a wide range of ServiceNow modules, while ensuring security, compliance, and performance across platforms. - Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow solutions across modules such as ITSM, SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management), Service Operations Workspace (SOW), Employee Service Center (ESC), Document Intelligence (DocIntel), and custom apps.
- Manage and maintain enterprise applications such as ServiceNow and Coupa across all regions.
- Customize widgets and enhance the Service Portal to improve usability and adoption across business teams.
- Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions through collaboration with stakeholders across IT, Finance, HR, Compliance, and other departments.
- Implement and optimize AI-powered ServiceNow features, including Now Assist and GenAI virtual agents, to streamline workflows and reduce turnaround time.
- Build and maintain applications in the App Engine, adhering to ServiceNow development best practices.
- Manage integrations with enterprise systems (e.g., Azure AD, SAP, On-Prem Active Directory) using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Administer platform lifecycle activities, including upgrades, cloning, patching, and data migrations.
- Support Change Requests such as custom form development, workflow automation, and system enhancements.
- Perform account and access reviews to ensure security and compliance across platforms.
- Facilitate end-user testing and conduct training to ensure successful adoption and usage of enterprise tools.
- Monitor project deliverables and SLAs, ensuring timely resolution of issues in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and support internal knowledge-sharing within the IT Applications team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow configuration and development.
- Proven experience with ServiceNow modules including ITSM and custom application development.
- Strong front-end development skills (HTML, CSS, AngularJS).
- Proficiency in Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and scripting using JavaScript and OOP principles.
- Experience in integrating enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Familiarity with Document Intelligence, SOW, ESC, and Service Portal customization.
- Understanding of ServiceNow security models (ACLs, roles, permissions) and IT compliance requirements.
- Strong problem-solving, planning, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric, collaborative mindset.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a global, fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Have:
- Exposure to ServiceNow AI capabilities like Now Assist and GenAI virtual agents.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management frameworks.
- Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) or higher-level certifications.
- Prior experience supporting ServiceNow in a mid-to-large scale enterprise.
- Experience with performance analytics and dashboard/report building.
