Senior SEO Manager (Mexico-Based, Remote)

We’re now expanding our digital capabilities and need a hands-on, plug-and-play Senior SEO Manager with at least 10 years of proven, in-the-trenches experience to hit the ground running. This role is for someone who has done the work before and can deliver immediate, measurable results across our diverse portfolio companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hands-On SEO Execution: Lead end-to-end SEO implementation—including on-page elements, technical audits, keyword research, content optimization, and link-building—to achieve fast, tangible improvements in organic search rankings and traffic.
• Campaign Management: Take full ownership of SEO campaigns from setup to execution, monitoring performance and making adjustments based on your expert judgment.
• Plug-and-Play Impact: Integrate seamlessly into our existing marketing teams to apply your deep technical expertise and deliver immediate results.
• Performance Analytics: Utilize industry-leading tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.) to track performance, diagnose issues, and present clear, actionable results.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with content, development, and design teams to ensure best practices are implemented across all digital channels.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience: A minimum of 10 years of professional, hands-on SEO experience with a documented track record of delivering significant organic search performance improvements.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of technical SEO practices, on-page and off-page optimization, and effective link-building strategies.
• Results-Oriented: Proven ability to deliver plug-and-play results in dynamic environments.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written proficiency in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Startup Experience: Previous experience working with early-stage startups, with the agility to adapt to fast-paced digital environments.
• Advanced Tools Expertise: Familiarity with a wide range of SEO tools and platforms beyond the basics.
• Additional Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset are a plus.
