The Role
For our Kyndryl Consult we hire a seasoned security Consultant/Manager to join our advisory practice and drive client success across diverse industries.
What You’ll Do
Design & Strategy: Define end-to-end security architectures for hybrid and multi-cloud landscapes, covering on-premises, private and public clouds, plus SaaS workloads (e.g. Microsoft 365).
Operations & Monitoring: Build unified monitoring, logging and incident-response processes across all environments.
Client Engagement: Act as trusted advisor—run workshops, present roadmaps and translate business needs into pragmatic security designs.
Collaboration & Mentorship: Partner with delivery teams, coach junior consultants, and contribute to our internal best-practice library

Required Skills and Experience
5+ years in security architecture or consulting, with hands-on hybrid/multi-cloud projects.
Security architecture experience across cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP, on-prem), network (SASE, SD-WAN, VPN), IAM (Zero Trust, SSO, MFA, PAM), data protection (encryption, DLP, classification), and SaaS (Microsoft 365, Defender, Purview, CASB)
Degree in IT/Cybersecurity or equivalent.
Excellent communicator, client-centric mindset, strong analytical and presentation abilities.
Able to communicate fluently in English and German

The minimum yearly salary suitable for this full-time role as a Senior Security Consultant is €79,240. Your actual salary will be discussed in a personal interview, taking into account your professional experience as well as qualifications and educational background.
