Role Summary:
The Senior Security Analyst should work as a technical SME for the CyberArk (EPM) solution, key delivery outcomes expected from this role are:
• Onboarding and management of end point accounts and workstations into EPM for application controls (whitelist/blacklist), avoid stand in access, enable JIT elevated access, avoid credential theft and so on.
• Analyze requirements related to MINOR enhancements, implement, test and deploy
• CyberArk EPM patch updates, version upgrades. Validation and testing.
• Analyze and resolve L3, L2 tickets.
• Triage & resolve production incidents, restore the service availability within SLA targets
• Identify manual repetitive tasks, tickets, process gaps. Plan to automate, reduce ticket volumes and improve productivity and efficiency.
• Create/Update SOPs for L1 service desk team.
• Mentor and guide the Security analysts and associates deployed for the PAM workstream
• Flexible working in shifts as per roster rotation.
• Cross-skilling, Up-skilling in other services under the scope of the IAM operations team
Beyond the above outcomes, driving continuous service improvements to automate the manual L1/1.5 tasks
Requirements
Education Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree: BE degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
Years of Experience: 4-7 years
4-5 years of relevant CyberArk EPM support experience.
Basic Qualifications:
• 4-7 years of experience in implementation & operations support leveraging Privilege management solution (CyberArk EPM).
o Minimum 4-5 years of experience in CyberArk EPM
o 1-2 years of experience in CyberArk Core PAS solution
• Working in shift model as per roster rotation strategy
• Team collaboration, Effective communication
Technical Skills:
• Hands-on operations support experience in CyberArk EPM. L2/L3 tickets. Accounts, Servers Onboarding.
• Automation of accounts onboarding, offboarding.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Scripting experience to develop custom scripts and plug-ins.
• REST API experience to leverage APIs and automate the onboarding/offboarding lifecycle.
Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
- 4–7 years of experience in implementation and operations support using privilege management solutions
- 4–5 years of relevant CyberArk EPM support experience
- 1–2 years of experience with CyberArk Core PAS
- Experience providing hands-on CyberArk EPM operations support, including L2/L3 tickets and account/server onboarding
- Experience automating account onboarding and offboarding
- Ability to work rotating shifts
- Team collaboration and effective communication skills
- Scripting experience for custom scripts and plug-ins
- REST API experience for onboarding and offboarding automation
