WHAT YOU'LL DO- Develop and execute a forward-thinking strategy that integrates SEO fundamentals with AI-powered search optimization and content discovery to maximize organic growth
- Analyze and optimize site performance using advanced analytics, AI tools, and user behavior data to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Partner with engineering and product teams to implement scalable technical solutions, including structured data, semantic search, and AI-driven content recommendations.
- Lead keyword research, competitive intelligence, and content strategy to capture both traditional search and emerging AI-driven traffic sources.
- Drive technical improvements in site architecture, mobile experience, page speed, and discoverability for both search engines and AI platforms.
- Design and execute experiments to test new growth levers, such as generative AI content, voice search, and personalized user journeys.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, providing actionable insights and clear recommendations to stakeholders.
- Stay ahead of evolving search algorithms, AI discovery trends, and digital growth innovations, proactively adapting strategies for sustained leadership.
- 5+ years of experience in SEO, search optimization, or digital growth, with hands-on expertise in AI-driven platforms and tools.
- Proven track record of driving organic growth for large-scale consumer web products, ideally in music or education.
- Deep understanding of technical SEO, structured data, semantic search, and AI-powered content discovery.
- Experience with analytics platforms (Google Search Console, GA4), AI/ML tools, and experimentation frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear growth strategies.
- Excellent communication and project management skills; comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Passion for music, digital education, or creative technology is a strong plus.
