ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master to serve as the dedicated Agile facilitator for a global DevSecOps engineering program operating across distributed teams in a follow-the-sun model. - Identify, mitigate, and escalate delivery blockers, working closely with TPMs and SDMs to ensure engineers are not stalled at shift boundaries;
- Continuously evolve Agile processes tailored for DevSecOps, SRE, and Data Science workflows;
- Maintain a collaborative work atmosphere across diverse cultural hubs, ensuring psychological safety and continuous improvement.

- Experience in vulnerability management lifecycles or cloud architecture;
- Advanced Agile certifications such as CSM, PSM II, or SAFe;
- Proven experience adapting Agile methodologies for distributed, multi-timezone teams;
- Understanding of CI/CD, ASPM, and vulnerability management terminology;
