The Role

Enfinity Global is seeking a Scheduler/Planner who can develop, maintain, and govern integrated schedules across financing, engineering, procurement, permitting, construction, and commissioning. The role ensures alignment with contractual milestones, identifies critical and near‑critical paths, quantifies schedule risk, and drives timely decision‑making with Project Managers and Cost Control to safeguard time‑to‑energization.

Key Tasks:

  • Build the Work Breakdown Structure and align it with the Project Execution Plan.
  • Integrate all phases including engineering, permitting, procurement, logistics, construction, and commissioning.
  • Maintain schedule logic, calendars, constraints, and coding to ensure data quality and traceability.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly updates with critical path analysis, narratives, S-curves, and variance reports.
  • Coordinate site activities through three-week lookaheads and short-interval plans.
  • Perform what-if and Time Impact Analyses to assess delays and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Support claims and change control with schedule evidence and contemporaneous records.
  • Standardize reporting formats, layouts, filters, and codes across projects.
  • Track milestones linked to contractual obligations and invoicing events.
  • Assist project and site managers with execution planning and coordination.
  • Monitor site progress using drone-based systems.
  • Analyze on-site resources to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Generate reports on critical and near-critical paths, float, and logic.

Requirements
  • Bachelor in Industrial/Civil/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 3–7 years in planning or scheduling for EPC or infrastructure projects (renewables preferred).
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project; advanced Excel; Power BI a plus.
  • Strong command of Critical Path Method (CPM), progress measurement, and schedule risk concepts.
  • Ability to coordinate multi‑disciplinary stakeholders and drive accountability.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, with other language capabilities considered an asset.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills to clearly convey schedule status, risks, and mitigation plans to management and stakeholders.
  • Excellent written reporting.
  • Detail‑oriented, structured, and comfortable working to tight deadlines.
