This role will focus on driving business value by enhancing sales order management processes and leveraging process mining solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SAP Order-to-Cash, including ATP, transportation, and production scheduling, combined with strong skills in using tools like Celonis or Signavio to uncover process inefficiencies and enable transformation strategies.

ABeam Consulting (USA) Ltd. is seeking a results-driven SAP SD Senior Manager to join our SAP Advisory and Digital Transformation team. This role will focus on driving business value by enhancing sales order management processes and leveraging process mining solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SAP Order-to-Cash, including ATP, transportation, and production scheduling, combined with strong skills in using tools like Celonis or Signavio to uncover process inefficiencies and enable transformation strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert in the SAP Order-to-Cash process, including order creation, ATP, delivery, shipment, and production scheduling.
- Support clients in streamlining and improving global sales and fulfillment processes to enhance efficiency, service, and profitability.
- Use process mining and modeling tools to analyze end-to-end order flows and identify performance improvement opportunities.
- Lead workshops with stakeholders to map current-state processes and develop actionable, future-state designs.
- Collaborate with SAP technical teams to shape functional solutions that align with best practices and business goals.
- Deliver compelling executive presentations and transformation roadmaps that articulate business impact.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal capability development.
- Apply methodologies such as Agile and DMAIC in cross-functional settings.
- 8+ years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD), with integration into Production Planning (PP) and Logistics Execution (LE).
- Deep understanding of ATP (including in S/4HANA), transportation management, and production scheduling.
- Experience supporting or implementing centralized sales processes in large, complex environments.
- Familiarity with process mining and KPI analysis in SAP environments.
- Hands-on experience with Celonis or Signavio; certification preferred.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills with a talent for translating technical topics into business language.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees a plus.
- Prior consulting experience is strongly preferred.
