Join our Project Management practice in Spain and lead complex SAP transformation projects for international clients. As a Senior SAP Project Manager, you will take ownership of project delivery, guide multidisciplinary teams and help customers achieve sustainable business outcomes through SAP.
How You'll Make an Impact:
- Lead complex SAP implementation and transformation projects from planning through successful delivery
- Develop and manage project plans, milestones, resources, budgets, dependencies and critical paths
- Identify project risks early and drive clear mitigation and decision-making processes
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, assign responsibilities and maintain alignment across project stakeholders
- Monitor delivery progress and provide clear, reliable status reporting to customer and project leadership
- Balance timelines, risks, functional requirements and business value to keep projects focused on successful outcomes
Your Expertise:
- At least 7 years of experience managing complex projects in an SAP environment
- Practical knowledge of project management methodologies, planning tools and delivery approaches, including Agile and Waterfall
- Proven ability to develop detailed project and resource plans and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Supply Chain Execution solutions such as SAP EWM, SAP TM or Yard Management, or Supply Chain Planning solutions such as SAP IBP or SAP Analytics Cloud
- Confident stakeholder management, relationship-building, communication and presentation skills
- Professional fluency in English & Spanish
- Willingness to travel when required by client projects
