What You’ll Do:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the SAP project, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
- Manage cross-functional teams including internal stakeholders, SAP consultants, and third-party vendors.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and drive consensus.
- Oversee data migration, system integration, testing, and user training activities.
- Ensure compliance with organizational change management protocols and governance frameworks.
- Monitor project performance using KPIs and provide regular status updates to executive leadership.
- Resolve project issues and escalate critical risks as needed to ensure successful delivery.
What We’re Looking For:
- 8+ years of project management experience.
- Strong understanding of SAP Supply Chain or SAP Logistics modules.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies & understanding of SAP Activate methodology.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead global teams and manage multicultural dynamics.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and other SAP supply chain solutions.
- Experience in manufacturing, retail, or consumer goods industries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet).
