We are looking for a Senior SAP PLM Consultant to support the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) workstream of a large global SAP S/4HANA transformation program. The role will focus on the design and implementation of PLM processes during the template build phase, ensuring seamless integration with SAP ERP and alignment with the overall master data and solution architecture.

What you will be doing:

• Drive target-state design for PLM integration into the future ERP and master data architecture.
• Analyze current product, material, and BOM data flows between PLM and ERP systems; define target system-of-record and data ownership principles.
• Align lifecycle status management, version control, and engineering change processes with adjacent workstreams.
• Drive resolution of PLM-specific topics, risks, and cross-stream dependencies during template build and rollout activities.
• Contribute PLM-related content to design documentation and management sign-off materials.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of PLM consulting experience.
• Experience with at least one leading enterprise PLM platform (e.g., Siemens Teamcenter, Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE, PTC Windchill, SAP PLM, Aras Innovator, or similar) and its integration with SAP environments.
• Strong understanding of product, material, and BOM master data structures in SAP.
• Experience supporting template build and deployment phases of transformation programs.
• Familiarity with product lifecycle governance, engineering change management, and version-controlled product data.
• Experience working with business and IT stakeholders to define end-to-end product data processes and ownership models.
• Fluent English.

Nice to Have:

• SAP MDG-M knowledge.
• Pharma/Life Sciences background with GxP awareness and experience managing regulated product data.
• German language skills.
