Requirements
· Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FI-CO.
· In-depth knowledge of SAP FI (GL, AR, AP, AA, BL), CO (Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Internal Orders, Product Costing) and at least one of the following:
- Treasury and Risk Management (SAP TRM)
- Cash Management
· Proven experience in at least two full-cycle SAP S/4HANA (Cloud preferably) implementation projects.
· Capable of leading client workshops, identifying gaps, and recommending solutions.
· Strong communication and problem-solving skills with business and technical stakeholders.
· Experience with Agile methodology and tools (e.g., Jira).
· Ability to work independently and prioritize workstreams effectively.
· Mentorship capabilities and experience conducting end-user training.
· SAP certification in Finance or Controlling is preferred.
· Business-level English proficiency.
Responsibilities
· Lead fit-to-standard workshops for Finance and Controlling (R2R) processes and provide guidance on SAP best practices.
· Translate complex business requirements into robust SAP FI-CO solutions.
· Manage end-to-end SAP implementation lifecycle including Explore, Realize, and Deploy phases.
· Take ownership of solution design, backlog definition, and continuous prioritization of scope items.
· Collaborate with technical consultants and cross-functional streams to ensure integration and performance.
· Handle change requests, issues, and escalations with minimal supervision.
· Conduct cutover planning, test management, data migration validation, and post-go-live support.
· Mentor junior and mid-level consultants; support team development through training and knowledge sharing.
· Prepare functional documentation: architecture diagrams, use cases, configuration guides, test scripts.
· Participate in Scrum ceremonies, and engage in Agile project delivery.
· Support pre-sales with scope estimation, preparation of demo scenarios, and RFI responses.
