N-IX is looking for an experienced SAP EWM Consultant to join our team, bringing expertise in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), end-to-end implementation, support, and rollout projects. The ideal candidate will be skilled in functional design, process alignment, testing, and data migration, and will work closely with business stakeholders, key users, and technical teams.
Responsibilities:
- Understand and adopt the WM/I2D process template through training and documentation review
- Collaborate with plant key users to analyze gaps, gather new requirements, and coordinate with technical teams
- Prepare and execute test cases across Unit, Integration, and UAT phases; manage defects to closure
- Support migration activities by providing inputs, validating data uploads, and executing cut-over tasks
- Train key users, set up training data, and create user documentation
- Provide defect resolution and support during testing, go-live, and Hyper-care phases
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience with SAP EWM
- Experience with SAP EWM 9.5 and/or S/4 Embedded EWM
- Knowledge of EWM-ERP integration, VAS, and interface setup (IDOC, CIF, RFC)
- Good knowledge in EWM Production integration features - Production replenishment process, including Kanban replenishment etc.
- Experience in warehousing processes (inbound, outbound, packaging, production integration)
- Familiarity with SAP SolMan, Jira, Syniti (nice to have), and MS Office tools
- Certificates: SAP EWM 9.5 or S/4 Embedded EWM (1909+), LE-WM (optional)
- 2+ years in auto/manufacturing industry experience – in Warehousing or Production related function
