Job requirements
- 5+ years hands-on Salesforce experience
- Collaborate with business users and analysts to gather requirements and write functional specifications
- Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical designs
- Lead or contribute to creation of functional and technical documentation
- Engage directly with stakeholders to prioritize features, gather feedback, and support UAT
- Familiarity working with JIRA and ServiceNow to handle requirements/requests
- Experience with Salesforce flow, develop and deploy custom solutions using Apex classes, triggers, LWC
- Proficiency in Sales cloud features: Opportunity management, lead conversion, Reports/Dashboards, forecasting etc
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions and sprint planning
- Strong experience with SOQL, SOSL
- Develop and maintain custom APIs, batch jobs, and integrations with 3rd-party platforms
