We are looking for a Salesforce Engineer to help implement and optimize Salesforce platform.
Our client is a leading global provider of high-quality licensed images, videos, and music. The company helps inspire graphic designers, creative directors, video editors, filmmakers, web developers, and other creative professionals by providing diverse content to businesses, marketing agencies, and media organizations around the world.
The Salesforce Engineer will be a crucial part of digital commerce and marketing teams, responsible for developing, administering, and optimizing solutions within Salesforce Commerce, Sales and Marketing Clouds. As a key member of the technology team, the Salesforce Engineer will collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and other developers to deliver innovative and highly usable solutions that meet the needs of organization.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain existing and develop new functionality that supports scalable processes within existing (and future-state) Marketing and Sales tech stack
- Develop Flows, Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Components, and Visualforce to extend Salesforce in order to support business requirements
- Use Salesforce APIs to integrate with other systems used in the organization
- Use JavaScript and HTML/CSS to create customized user interfaces within Salesforce
- Collaborate with project teams to estimate, plan, and manage new feature development and testing
- Assist with each release cycle to implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications and code with a keen eye on continuous delivery, optimization, monitoring, and release management
- Participate in code reviews and code owner activities
- Contribute to engineering automation, management, or development of production level systems
Requirements:
- 4+ years’ experience in Salesforce development
- Experience with Salesforce Commerce and Sales Clouds
- Hands-on experience with customizations, APEX, Visualforce pages/Lightning pages, Lightning Web Components, Data loaders, SOQL, SOSL, Flows
- Build integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST, SOAP APIs, Kafka, oAuth and Single Sign-On
- High-level proficiency in JavaScript and HTML/CSS
- Certification in Salesforce - Platform Developer 1/2, Marketing Cloud Developer
- A graduate degree in IT or equivalent experience
- Good communication skills, with a required English level of B2+
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality results, meeting established standards and expectations
- Experience working in Agile environments
Will be a plus:
- Experience with Marketing Clouds
- Good understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architecture, Tools and capabilities
- Experienced with setup and configuration of Marketing Cloud tools
