Senior Salesforce Engineer

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you’ll play a key role in scaling and optimizing our Salesforce platform across multiple clouds and teams. Your work will directly support business growth and operational efficiency by delivering high-quality tools and solutions used by our internal teams and customers.
This role reports to Technology Leadership and collaborates with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and Engineering.
What Success Looks Like:
Here’s how your time might break down:
Salesforce Solution Development – Designing and implementing scalable features across - -Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud
System Optimization & Performance – Troubleshooting, refactoring, and improving application performance
Team Collaboration – Partnering with Product and Engineering to deliver tools that align with business goals
How You'll Be Measured:
- Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions: Collaborate with stakeholders to build thoughtful and impactful platform capabilities
- Own development and delivery of high-quality code: Drive full-cycle implementation of features using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and APIs
- Optimize and maintain platform performance: Ensure reliability and scalability through performance tuning and issue resolution

What You’ve Done Before:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and administration
- Proven track record working across multiple Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience)
- Experience with enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP, Salesforce APIs
- Background in performance optimization, data modeling, and security rules
- Previous experience in the financial services or alternative lending industry is a plus
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II or higher preferred
Tools and Expertise You’ll Bring:
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs
- Familiarity with Gearset, Git, and CI/CD pipeline management
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Salesforce DX, and modern dev practices
- Strong understanding of Salesforce sharing, security, and deployment strategies

Step 3: Role-Specific Assessment or Panel Interview (1 hour)
Depending on the role, this may include a take-home assignment, Bryq assessment, technical interview, or live case study with team members.
Step 4: Final Interview or Leadership Chat (1 hour)
A final conversation with senior leadership or cross-functional team members to ensure alignment with our mission and values.
Step 5: Offer & Background Check
If it’s a mutual fit, we’ll move forward with background check and present a competitive offer. We aim to complete this process within 2–3 weeks from your first conversation with us.
