We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with extensive experience in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce architecture, along with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, and CSS.
- Develop and optimize database design and system architecture.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce configurations and customizations.
- Ensure solutions are aligned with Salesforce best practices, including governor limits, API usage, and scalability considerations.
- Provide insights and alternate approaches for solving technical and functional challenges.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and administrators to deliver high-quality system enhancements.
- Work with DevOps tools to manage CI/CD pipelines and version control.
- Support integrations and work with tools like Postman, VS Code, JIRA, ServiceNow, etc.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Proven expertise in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, JavaScript, and CSS.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architectural concepts, including governor limits and API frameworks.
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and manage priorities with minimal guidance.
- Experience converting business needs into technical configurations and customized solutions.
- Prior experience building and deploying Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Working knowledge of Salesforce Clouds such as Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, Force.com, Einstein, and CRMA (advantageous).
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, VS Code, Postman, ServiceNow.
- Hands-on experience with at least one DevOps tool:
- GitHub, Jenkins, Gearset, Bitbucket, etc.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 7+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 5+ years in advanced Salesforce development.
- Mandatory Salesforce Certifications:
- Platform Developer 1 (PD1)
- Platform Developer 2 (PD2)
- Additional certifications in Salesforce Clouds (FSC, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.) will be a plus.
