We are seeking a proficient Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in designing and implementing CRM solutions using Salesforce. Work remotely from anywhere in Latam!
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions.
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems using web services and APIs.
- Implement and maintain workflows, dashboards, and custom reporting.
- Provide technical guidance and share best practices with the team.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture and IT security standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and achieve project goals.
- Perform both administration/configuration and custom implementations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Proficiency in Salesforce tools and technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with Marketing Cloud and Pardot
- Strong understanding of CRM best practices and business processes.
- Experience with integration and data orchestration.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with enterprise architecture and IT security.
- Familiarity with development methodologies and tools.
