At Launchpad, we're looking for a Salesforce Developer to lead the design and development of customized solutions within Sales Cloud, with a strong focus on Territory Management. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to turn business needs into seamless Salesforce experiences that drive real results.

🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing- Design, develop, and implement solutions in Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Customize and configure Salesforce to meet business needs: flows, process automation, custom objects, integrations
- Manage and optimize Territory Management features within the platform
- Build and maintain Apex classes, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and technical teams to deliver scalable enhancements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation
- Ensure data quality, security, and best practices across the Salesforce instance
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and leverage new features to improve platform value
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
- Strong expertise in Sales Cloud configuration and development
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Salesforce API integrations
- Experience with process automation: flows, validation rules, and workflows
- Familiarity with Territory Management in Sales Cloud
- Solid understanding of data modeling, platform architecture, and integration patterns
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
- 5+ years in general Software Development
- Salesforce Developer or Administrator certification
- Experience creating architecture diagrams or technical design docs
- Background in Computer Science, IT, or related field
