Job Description

We seek a talented Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team and play a key role in developing and maintaining customer Salesforce integration. In this role, you will support customers’ existing codebase, fix bugs, and add new features to support the latest Salesforce CTI APIs.
Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Salesforce BYOT/CTI connectors to integrate telephony systems with Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for integration and assess technical feasibility.
  • Develop custom Salesforce components and Apex code to support CTI functionalities.
  • Ensure connector security, scalability, and performance, adhering to best practices.
  • Create and maintain documentation for connectors, including architecture, design, and user guides.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to connector functionality and telephony system integration.
  • Work closely with the Salesforce platform team to ensure seamless interaction with other components and systems.

Qualifications

  • 3+ уears of experience in building Salesforce connectors, especially in the telephony/voice/chat domain.
  • 3+ уears of experience in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, RESTful APIs, and WebSocket.
  • Hands-on experience with Java and microservices architecture.
  • Strong exposure to Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
  • Experience with telephony integration and CTI frameworks (e.g., Genesys, Avaya, Cisco).

Nice to have

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator).
  • Knowledge of telephony protocols such as SIP, H.323, or WebRTC.
  • Knowledge of the Google Cloud platform.
  • Experience integrating with Salesforce ServiceCloud Voice BYOT APIs.
