The Sr Developer Cloud Applications for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for working with the Business users and IT team members to design, configure, develop, and deliver solutions that enable CRM automated processes and support the execution of Customer Relationship Management strategies.

This position is part of the Information Technologies department located in Brea, CA and will be hybrid. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

You will be a part of the CRM DevOps and report to the Sr Manager Business Applications responsible for supporting the CRM applications for the Quote-to-Cash, Service, Sales, and Marketing business functions. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Work closely with the business functions such as Service, Sales, Configure/Price/Quote, and Marketing to understand ongoing maintenance, enhancements, project requirements and capabilities.
• Identify and evaluate best practices related to the use of tools both internally and externally and makes recommendations to management for incorporation into existing tools/functionality.
• Stay abreast of the trends in technology in support of CRM and Incorporate industry standard user interface design that is intuitive, simple, and easy to use.
• Design, develop and configure solutions using out of box functionality or custom applications in a sandbox environment.
• Support and enhance CRM integrations to Oracle ERP or Other Cloud Applications.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor's degree and equivalent industry experience in healthcare, business, computer science, education, or other relevant fields with 5+ years of relevant experience in Information Technology supporting CRM applications.
• 5+ years of experience with design and development on Salesforce platform.
• 3+ years of experience with complex development using software engineering best practices, with demonstrated ability to adhere to source control and design control processes; must possess a focused urgency and willingness to manage multiple short- and moderate-duration projects simultaneously.
• Salesforce Developer and Admin certifications.
• TECHNICAL SKILLS minimum experience -SFDC - Apex, VF, Lightning components, XML, Rest API, Java, Java Script.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Working with JIRA, SVN, Jenkins, Selenium and Python.
• Integration tools like informatica, Oracle SOA, and Soap API's
• ServiceMax, Oracle ERP, and Oracle SQL, PLSQL skills

The salary range for this role is $110K-$130K. This is the salary that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted salary. This salary may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. #LI-Remote
