Senior Salesforce Operations Administrator

OVERVIEW
Orange Barrel Media is looking for a Senior Salesforce Operations Administrator, who will serve as the central point of coordination and administration for Salesforce across the Sales, Development, and Technology teams. As Salesforce continues to evolve as a critical workflow tool within OBM and IKE, this role will ensure processes are streamlined, data is accurate, and systems are fully optimized to support how we sell, build, and deliver across our networks.
Working within the Client & Creative Services (CCS) team, this position bridges the gap between Sales, Development, Technology, and Data & Insights—ensuring Salesforce serves as a reliable and efficient source of truth for asset and sales tracking. This person will play a key role in supporting major systems like ASID (Automated Sales Inventory Database), New Asset Onboarding, and future integrations that pull data from Salesforce.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Salesforce Administration & Governance
- Serve as the primary Salesforce administrator across the organization, managing user access, permissions, and data integrity.
- Own configuration updates, integrations, and system improvements, partnering closely with Technology and Data teams.
- Ensure Salesforce data aligns with company structures-including assets, markets, clients, and campaigns-maintaining accuracy for downstream systems like ASID.
- Support version control and documentation of Salesforce changes to preserve consistency as processes evolve.
- Cross-Functional Workflow Alignment
- Collaborate with Sales, Development, and CCS to map, document, and refine workflows within Salesforce.
- Oversee the Salesforce trigger for New Asset Onboarding, ensuring projects move seamlessly from Salesforce to Asana once construction milestones are reached.
- Partner with CCS and Technology teams to support integrations between Salesforce and tools like ASID and SiteTracker ensuring data feeds reflect real-time inventory and client-facing accuracy.
- Work with Sales leadership to maintain clear standards for opportunity tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
- Data Quality, Reporting & Insights
- Ensure high-quality data entry and consistency across accounts, opportunities, and asset records.
- Collaborate with the Data & Insights team to structure Salesforce data for accurate analytics and reporting across company dashboards.
- Build and maintain dashboards that provide leadership visibility into pipeline health, asset performance, and team activity.
- Identify opportunities for automation that eliminate manual touchpoints and improve efficiency.
- Implement reporting protocols through Tableau or other data reporting tools that integrate with Salesforce.
- Training, Adoption & Support
- Develop and maintain Salesforce documentation, training materials, and process guides for end users.
- Lead onboarding sessions for new hires to ensure consistent adoption of Salesforce best practices.
- Act as the go-to resource for Salesforce questions, troubleshooting, and enhancement requests from Sales and Development teams.
ABOUT YOU
- 4+ years of Salesforce administration, operations, or workflow management experience.
- Deep understanding of CRM structure, including opportunity management, account relationships, and cross-system integration.
- Strong collaboration skills, you enjoy working across departments and connecting the dots between people, process, and technology.
- Detail oriented and systems-minded, with an ability to translate operational challenges into process or automation solutions.
- Comfortable balancing immediate user needs with long-term scalability and governance.
- Bonus: experience with Salesforce integrations tied to project management (e.g., Asana), data visualization (e.g., Tableau), or media/advertising environments with complex asset lifecycles.
