The role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Serve as the main owner of a CRM platform that supports revenue-facing teams, working inside a compact operations group. Keep the system running smoothly, produce reporting and automation, and convert stakeholder requests into workable configurations.
What you'll do
- Run the CRM day to day, handling setup changes, access requests and incoming support tickets from internal users.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards and automations across the sales and service modules.
- Help the operations group tune and manage the wider set of tools used by revenue teams.
- Work with sales and support stakeholders to turn their requests into practical platform improvements.
- Keep records accurate and clean, and help document processes for the platform.
Requirements
What we're looking for
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on Salesforce administration, whatever the formal job title was.
- Practical skill with automation flows, validation logic, custom objects, permission models and field setup.
- Experience with both Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Recent, continuous ownership of a Salesforce environment.
- Current Salesforce certifications that can be verified.
- Experience in smaller or growth-stage companies, ideally as one of very few operations practitioners.
- Comfort coming from varied paths, such as sales, support, onboarding, strategy and operations, or finance backgrounds that moved into revenue operations.
- Ability to work on-site in Houston four days a week.

- Base salary: USD 97,000 to 115,000 per year
