Project Description
The project is a DIY survey platform. It allows its users to create surveys, send them to predefined audience and analyze the results. If users use their own audience to answer questions - it is free. If they want our client to provide audience - it costs money.
As a Senior Salesforce Admin, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging Salesforce.com to optimize our sales operations. We seek a highly capable senior-level Salesforce Administrator, certified in Salesforce CPQ, to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining our current Salesforce implementation, contributing to its redesign, and ensuring it fully meets the evolving needs of our sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure optimal performance of the Salesforce system.
- Hands-on configuration and customization of the Salesforce platform.
- Upgrade and configure Salesforce for optimized integration with internal tools and external vendors.
- Manage Salesforce users, roles, profiles, sharing rules, flows and groups.
- Oversee Salesforce account structure and data management in collaboration with other departments (finance, legal, etc.).
- Maintain the Sales Cloud and develop custom reports and dashboards.
- Perform database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing.
- Evaluate and install new Salesforce releases, providing training and support as needed.
- Document processes, including error reports and changes to field history tables.
- 5+ years of experience with Salesforce tools in a Sales Operations team as a certified
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator.
- Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist.
- Proven experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems, including upgrades, integrations, and data management/cleansing.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and functionalities.
- Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access.
- Advanced knowledge of importing sales data and generating Salesforce reports and dashboards.
- Ability to provide Salesforce training and end-user support.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
