Senior Sales Supervisor (Building Automation Business)

As a Senior Sales Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will oversee and guide our sales team to achieve targets and drive revenue growth. Implement strategies, monitor performance, and support sales initiatives. You will report directly to our Sales Director and you’ll work out of Jakarta Office on a Hybrid work schedule.

Implement and coordinate the operational aspects of ongoing sales projects and activities. You will serve as liaison between sales Leadership, Marketing and Distributors. You will review status of projects and budgets. You will coordinate schedules and deliver status reports. You will assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customers satisfaction goals and objectives. You will develop mechanisms for monitoring sales progress and for problem solving with project managers and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage 7 high-potential strategic accounts, focusing on long-term growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
- Create and execute strategic account plans aligned with client objectives.
- Drive project closures across broader accounts to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support customer needs.
- Monitor account performance, forecast revenue, and provide regular updates via CRM tools.
- Deliver customer insights to support product development and business strategy
Qualifications
- Total experiences in Building Automation min 10 years, included Fire Alarm business ecosystem, such vertical market, trend demand market, key-players
- Proven track record in strong channel & project-based selling experiences for Safety System
- Skilled in solution selling & competitive positioning against major Fire Alarm brands
- Ability to translate technical feature into value proportion for safety, compliance and cost
- Ability to lead sales team & managing partner
- Ability to create culture of accountability, collaboration and customer obsession
Success Measures
- Proven leadership on managing small team & partners
- Strong relationship with Consultant, Contractors & authorities End-User is a major advantage
- Strong command of sales process, funnel management & reporting
- Familiarity with Safety System standard and sound technical knowhow on Fire Alarm technology
