About the Role:
• Research and identify potential clients for Microsoft services, focusing on high-value opportunities;
• Generate leads through various channels;
• Conduct consultations, tailored presentations, and software demos to understand client needs and showcase value;
• Prepare and deliver customized sales presentations;
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts, effectively close deals;
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term partnerships;
• Perform market and vendor competitive analysis;
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics;
• Maintain accurate records of sales calls, meetings, proposals, and contracts; provide performance forecasts;
• Collaborate with marketing on strategies, collateral, and case studies;
• Stay abreast of product updates and communicate value to clients;
• Gather and analyze client feedback for service improvement;
• Meet or exceed gross profit targets and revenue objectives;
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving;
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards;
• Pursue continuous personal and professional development;
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, IT, CS, or any relevant field;
• Software Defined Data Center (SDDC) concepts.
