- JV-DAFS のヘルスケア（HC）チームにおける Tyvek® 不織布材料の国内販売を担当します。
- 本ポジションには、バリューチェーンの 滅菌包材業者SPM (Sterile Packaging Manufacturer)および 医療機器メーカMDM(Medical Device Manufacturer) レベルで商機を創出するための、成長推進力とバリューチェーン参画能力が求められます。
- 具体的には、顧客アカウント管理、新規事業開発を含む営業活動、そしてセールスパイプラインプログラムの推進に従事します。
■ Tyvek® ヘルスケア用途の概要
DuPont™ Tyvek® は、優れたバクテリアバリア性、引裂強度、突刺強度、低発じん性を備え、一般的に使用されているほぼすべての滅菌方法に対応しています。
強靭で耐久性のある Tyvek® は、他の滅菌包材にはない優れた特性を持ち、ISO 11607 および JIS T0841（滅菌医療機器包装の国際規格）に適合する最適な医療用滅菌包材です。

■ 主な職務内容（Key Responsibilities）
キーアカウントマネジメントプランに基づき、成長計画を策定・推進し、バリューチェーン構造、市場動向、SWOT、競合環境を深く理解したうえでセールスパイプラインプログラムを管理します。 強固な顧客関係を構築し、新規ビジネス機会を創出します。 製品の価値提案と競合比較を理解し、市場における新たなビジネスシーズを探索します。 医療機器および製薬業界への理解を継続的に高め、MDM（医療機器メーカー）と同等レベルで議論できる知識・情報を身につける努力を継続します。 HCの営業チーム・社内のメンバーとこまめに相談し合い、管理者へはタイムリーに報告をします。
■ 必要な経験と資格（Key Experience and Qualifications）
- 5年以上の営業関連経験があること
- ポジティブ／プロアクティブな姿勢を持っていること（責任感、主体性、スキル習得への意欲、粘り強いフォローアップ）
- 顧客対応業務に積極的に取り組み、成長を推進する意欲があること
- 日本語が堪能であり、最低限の英語での読み書き・会話が可能である、またはこれから英語でのコミュニケーションを向上されることに意欲的であること
- 損益の評価や価格の設定に関する影響について理解できる財務面での基礎的な知識があること
- 複雑な環境での優れたコミュニケーション能力および対人スキルがあること
- 自主性があり、結果志向であること
- 国内出張が可能であること
- Microsoft Office （Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Copilot）を十分活用できるIT能力があること
- 学士号以上（医学・薬学関連の分野であれば尚可）
- 医療・ヘルスケア業界での就業経験（望ましい）
- 6 Sigma Black Belt または Green Belt（望ましい）
