About the role:
This role will work on the Corporate Accounts Sales Compensation & Analytics team supporting compensation design and administration for the field sales organization. The senior sales operations analyst will manage the administration of sales compensation plans and will be accountable for ensuring the accuracy of all compensation data such as employee data, revenue to sales plan performance, seller hierarchy, and payroll submission. This role will develop analyses to measure effectiveness of incentive plans. Additionally, this role will participate in cross functional projects to develop reporting & analytics tools to meet business needs across Sales Operations, Pricing & Contracting, Marketing, and other key stakeholders.

- Your responsibilities will include:
- Design and administer sales incentive compensation plans, including commissions, finance accruals, awards, and sales contests; ensure accuracy of payment calculations within the Anaplan compensation system
- Analyze incentive effectiveness and make recommendations to Sales Leadership on plan design
- Maintain seller, customer, and territory hierarchies to ensure alignment across systems
- Drive process improvements to increase accuracy, efficiency, and develop insights
- Participate in cross functional projects with Pricing & Contracting, Marketing, and Area Business Managers to create reporting tools and solutions to turn numbers into insights and/or automate manual processes
- Establishes and cultivates a wide range of business relationships across multiple divisions and functions to facilitate accuracy of reports and data governance

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 3 years' experience working sales operations, sales support and/or related analytical experience
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a clear understanding of the impact on payroll and compensation processes.
- Brings an innovative mindset with a willingness to challenge established practices, identify opportunities, and develop creative, effective solutions.
- Applies advanced analytical skills to validate and cross-reference data, translating complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for business leaders.
- Builds and leverages cross-functional relationships, with the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Highly proficient in Tableau, with experience managing and analyzing large, complex data sets.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience administering sales compensation plans and working with compensation systems such as Anaplan or similar platforms.
- Advanced proficiency in Tableau and Excel, with experience building dashboards and automating reporting for large, complex data sets.
- Familiarity with sales operations processes, including territory alignment, quota setting and performance tracking.
- Experience supporting payroll, financial accruals or compensation forecasting processes.
