The Senior Sales Operations Analyst is a key member of the sales operations team and will be responsible for ensuring accuracy in sales reporting across all teams and internal systems. This individual will have strong analytical skills, an understanding of how to report against sales KPIs and operationalizing account assignments. The Senior Sales Operations Analyst will provide reporting to various stakeholders within the organization. Cross functional partnerships within sales, finance, and marketing will be important for the success of this individual. 

What You'll Do: 

  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and provide actionable insights.
  • Support the development and implementation of sales planning strategies.
  • Manage and maintain sales databases, including account assignments, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Develop and maintain sales performance dashboards and reports.
  • Assist in sales forecasting and budgeting processes.
  • Monitor sales metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide support for CRM system administration and optimization.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for senior management.

What You Have

  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, data analysis, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce and Hubspot).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of sales processes and sales performance metrics.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

The national cash compensation range for this role is $93,000 - $127,000 per year*

*Please note: Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise and region & may vary from the amount above. This range does not represent additional compensation benefits (such as equity, 401K or medical, dental or vision insurance).
