We are simply looking for the best Senior Sales Operation Manager out there!


Your Challenge:


  1. Engage in the development and maintenance of robust data models using Power Query M, DAX, and Power Pivot in both Excel and Power BI.
  2. Work closely with Sales, GTM, Retail, MKT and Finance teams, to manage PSI (purchase, sales and inventory), SMR (sales management review), MMC(marketing management committee) to provide essential data support for enterprise-wide decision-making initiatives.
  3. Analyze sales performance across various channels (direct stores, operators, distributors, e-commerce platforms) and propose improvement actions. Drives retail standardization and execution to enhance store efficiency and sales staff productivity
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and competitor activities. Lead the sales operations team to enhance execution and professional capabilities.

Your profile includes:


  • Bachelor's degree or above, has working experience in data visualization and analytical methodologies that support business intelligence. Utilize ChatGPT for programming enhancements and operational efficiencies, and familiarity with ChatGPT Plus will be beneficial.
  • Familiarity with Excel data modeling tools such as Power Query M, DAX, and Power Pivot; Capable of effectively executing and troubleshooting existing scripts in R and Python.
  • At least 5 years working experience. Any GTM/Sales/Retail or relevant working experience with an excellent market achievement will be beneficial.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
