Job Purpose
Functional responsibility:
Lead, manage, coordinate the LivaNova strategy and contributes to the success of the business in the assigned country/geography. Have the strategic vision on how to develop the LivaNova business in the Thailand.
Focus on driving the right balance between the local needs along with the full Region needs as well as the International needs representing one LivaNova.
Major Accountabilities
- Comply with the compliance/ethic/code of conducts requirements of Livanova Group; ensure people are conducting business in a fair and ethical fashion. Individuals in this role interpret and enforce company policy, procedures, and business practices;
- Manage all the operations in the assigned country taking responsibility for profit, revenue, cash and quality targets;
- Be responsible for overall business growing in the region(s), included but not limited:
- Drive the sales growing in the region(s) continuously; Lead sales to participate/prepare the bidding affairs; Provide market analysis and help line manager to make the right business strategy;
- Demonstrate personal leadership: The Sales Manager is the face of the company at the country level, leading by example and being a visible and well-aligned presence for the organization’s objectives are key aspects of the job;
- Strike a balance between company and local needs in a way that is aligned with the organization’s ultimate success;
- Deliver multi-directional communication: The Sales Manager should be able to deliver meaningful messages to their respective work units, and share a compelling vision and priorities for their business groups. At the same time, listening to other perspectives and concerns will serve them well in establishing productive dialogue and opening communication;
- Be responsible for the local sales team building and development;
- Accomplish other assigned tasks by line managers.

Requirement
Education
Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
Languages
English: excellent spoken & written;
Experience/Professional requirement
• Minimum 15 years experience in sales, marketing or related field in Healthcare business;
• Minimum 5 years team management experience;
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the assigned countries;
- Ability to lead growth vision and sales/marketing & operations strategy;
- Team oriented & ability to motivate and work well with diverse cultures and cross-functional teams is key to successfully fulfill the role;
- Ability of excellent interpersonal skills and experience of managing relationships within a complex matrix environment;
- Skills of excellent oral and written communications;
- Skills & ability to motivate individuals and demonstrate organizational influence;
- Knowledge of the local market in the assigned countries is essential;
- Demonstration of the knowledge and understanding of compliance topics;
- Thinker with proven record to plan, lead and execute tasks assigned;
- Possession of strong financial and business acumen;
- Possession of task organizational skills, attention to detail, and critical analysis and problem-solving skills;
- Solution-oriented and process-driven;
- Ability to communicate across all levels of the organization;
- Possession of excellent client relations skills while establishing strong relationships with employees and outside partners;
