THE ROLE
As a Senior Sales Manager (m/f/x), you will be responsible for managing media agencies and direct clients in the digital advertising sector, with direct revenue responsibility. In this role, you will develop advertising strategies, create presentations, and present them to your clients. You will also be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns in collaboration with our publisher and campaign management teams. Specifically, your responsibilities will include the following tasks:
* You are located in Frankfurt and have an established network within the city’s media agency and direct client community
* You will manage existing clients and prepare for new client acquisition
* You will promote our products to potential clients and represent YOC at events and trade shows
* In consultation with our publisher and campaign management teams, you will develop innovative ideas for our clients and derive sales strategies for our company
* You already have an established network and can organize and manage your work independently
* You continuously expand your market knowledge and share it with the team and through regular exchanges with international colleagues in the YOC Group
* You are based in Frankfurt and meet regularly in person with the team in Düsseldorf
YOUR PROFILE
* You have successfully completed a degree in a business-related field or have completed comparable training
* You have 4 years of experience in the media industry and have already established your own local network
* You are a strong communicator and know how to maintain and expand client relationships
* You demonstrate innovative and dynamic thinking, take initiative, and work with precision
* You are proficient in standard MS Office programs (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and ideally have experience with Salesforce
* You have excellent German and fluent English skills and are willing to travel
