About The Job:

We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to manage the sales process for growing VeriPark presence into the new territories within the Australia market. The selected person will be in charge of a selected territory outside the current customer base and is expected to generate net-new sales into the new customers.

What you will be doing:

  • Responsible for selling VeriPark’s software solutions, professional and advisory services, following a Challenger Sales methodology within VeriPark’s end-to-end sales process along with but not limited to the following tasks:
  • Practice a systematic and programmatic approach for generating new leads through utilizing VeriPark’s lead generation tools and platforms
  • Coordinate the efforts with the internal entities for a proper deal qualification process
  • Organizing and managing meetings with potential customers, partners and Microsoft
  • Lead the overall arrangement and the conduct of the client presentations and demos
  • Organise the opportunity review meetings for critical opportunities with the internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate with internal teams for proposal preparation and RFP response preparation and ensuring the SLAs are met
  • Follow-up contracts to closure
  • Actively participating in the designated marketing activities, events or tradeshows in his/her territory and would be competent enough to handle the conversations as well as delivering presentations during the sponsored events

Skills / Requirements

  • 10+ years of business experience in enterprise B2B complex selling environments with business applications selling as a preference point.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering or equivalent, from a reputed institution
  • Experience in Microsoft solutions space or Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Experience in Banking or Financial Industry is a must
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence at all organizational levels and across all functions. Must be clear, concise, and convincing.
  • Proven experience in navigating the complexities. Ability to gain deep understanding of customer goals and objectives to structure a mutually beneficial solution.
  • Laser-like prioritization and time management skills. Ability to cut through clutter and focus on key objectives.
  • Highly motivated, self-starter who transforms challenging business problems into tangible action plans.
  • Ability to make sound business decisions/trade-offs independently based on data, competitive dynamics and other pertinent facts.
  • Needs to be comfortable working with details related to finance, legal, product and marketplace to drive recommendations
