This role will be pivotal in driving Availity’s strategy and growth in the HIT (Healthcare Information Technology) sector. The Senior Sales Executive, Partnerships will be responsible for identifying partnerships and closing revenue generating opportunities with external healthcare providers, technology vendors, and consulting firms. Leveraging their networks and influence, and driving sales of healthcare IT solutions by promoting strategic partnerships and collaborations to expand market reach and customer acquisition within the healthcare sector. This role will work closely with the Strategy Team to help move new partnerships through the sales funnel through close in order to drive new revenue streams for Availity.

To be qualified for this position you:
- 5 years of experience in healthcare technology sales with a strong focus on B2B sales, including BPaaS organizations and partnerships.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in the healthcare sector.
- Excellent consultative sales and negotiation skills, with an ability to understand complex client needs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Must have familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
- Experienced in identifying key HIT Companies/Aggregators and BPaaS organizations.
- Understanding of healthcare compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) and data security protocols.
- Experience working with CRM tools such as Salesforce.

You will be:
- Developing and executing a strategic sales plan focused on promoting Availity solutions to HIT organizations, targeting key decision-makers within those organizations.
- Identifying, qualifying, and pursuing new partnership opportunities within the healthcare industry, focusing on organizations that can benefit from Availity solutions to optimize workflows for their business and clients.
- Engaging in consultative sales processes by understanding client needs, demonstrating Availity solutions, benefits, and creating tailored proposals that align with the organization’s operational goals.
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare leaders, IT decision-makers, and stakeholders to understand their challenges and position Availity as a value-driven solution.
- Partnering with technical teams to ensure Availity solutions are aligned with client needs and can be seamlessly integrated with existing healthcare technologies.
- Monitoring sales metrics, tracking pipeline performance, and providing accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior leadership.
- Staying up to date on industry trends, healthcare regulations, and Availity competitors to position our solutions effectively in the market.
