We are looking for a highly driven Senior Sales Executive with a strong track record in cybersecurity sales and a passion for new business acquisition. This role is focused on winning new clients, building a robust pipeline, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactive new business development with a strong focus on hunting and acquiring new enterprise clients.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan by identifying, engaging, and cultivating new C‑level prospects.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle end‑to‑end — from initial outreach to negotiation, closing, and seamless client onboarding.
  • Build, manage, and maintain a robust pipeline, providing accurate weekly forecasting and reporting.
  • Maintain exceptional standards of client engagement, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas.
  • Own and strengthen strategic relationships with key cybersecurity vendors and partners.
  • Promote the Integrity360 brand by delivering excellence throughout the sales experience and ensuring superior customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams (technical, delivery, operations) to ensure successful solution scoping and deployment.
  • Document all activities, plans, and interactions clearly in Salesforce to maintain transparency and operational consistency.
  • Act as a strong advocate and ambassador for the organisation internally and externally.

Required Experience

  • Extensive experience selling cybersecurity solutions, threat‑intelligence platforms, consulting services, and managed security services.
  • Demonstrated consultative selling approach, with the ability to identify client needs and architect the right solution.
  • Proven background in Cybersecurity Sales to enterprise‑level accounts.
  • Documented track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in cybersecurity.
  • Proven network of strong relationships within the cybersecurity ecosystem — including CISOs, CIOs, IT Directors, Security Managers, and decision‑makers within enterprise organisations.
  • Experience selling across multiple verticals and navigating complex enterprise buying centres.
  • Deep experience working with and selling to C‑Level stakeholders.
  • Strong ability to drive both new business acquisition and expansion within existing accounts

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver compelling value propositions to diverse audiences.
  • Strong commercial acumen supported by sharp decision‑making and negotiation skills.
  • Motivated, enthusiastic, and results‑driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Proven ability to initiate, develop, and maintain long‑lasting customer and vendor relationships.
  • Ability to influence at all levels.
