About the role
- Use your empathy and commercial mindset to build trust and deliver a premium, end-to-end customer experience.
- Guide customers through design choices and product options so they can bring their vision for their space to life.
- Take ownership of your results, consistently working towards and exceeding your personal sales targets.
What you’ll be doing
- Deliver warm, emotionally intelligent customer service that creates loyalty and encourages repeat business.
- Engage customers with storytelling that helps them imagine how our furniture will elevate their home.
- Proactively identify sales opportunities, follow up leads, and close deals with confidence.
- Maintain accurate sales records and ensure all customer orders are processed efficiently and correctly.
- Partner with the Showroom Manager and team to uphold high visual merchandising and presentation standards across the showroom.
