Mina Foundation serves oversees the Mina Protocol the worlds leading Zero Knowledge Proof powered Layer One Blockchain.
Mina Foundation is looking to expand our software development team as we are in the midst of developing our zK development environment and rolling out zK applications making developing applications on top of of Mina Protocol and harnessing the power of zK Proofs an experience of simplicity and ease for all developers looking to leverage this technology.
We are looking for web3 developers with at least 2 years industry rust experience. We are interested in people that have solid smart contract architecture experience and very sound blockchain architecture knowledge. We would also like to see a background in smart contract programming languages but in particular typescript. If you have worked at both the protocol level and the application level that would be ideal but the core skill is very strong rust development skills.
The Ideal candidate will have strong typescript and a very strong rust base and will have very good knowledge of ethereum clients or substrate (SDK) You will also have a strong interest in ZK and things like how to build circuits and applied cryptography. You should be crypto native though and familiar with the following:
- Architectural Design: Develop scalable, modular core components such as DA / DAC and interoperability solutions for Prototkit appchains.
- Sequencer Development: Optimize and design Protokit L2 architectures to ensure performance, security, and reliability.
- Integration: Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure seamless integration of core modules.
- Innovation: Stay updated on the latest blockchain trends and technologies, contributing to Protokit’s innovation pipeline.
- Problem Solving: Tackle complex challenges in blockchain performance, security, and scalability.
- Code Quality: Write and maintain high-quality code in Rust and/or TypeScript.
- Extensive experience with smart contract, blockchain architecture and or extensive experience in building L2 clients for other chains.
- Proficiency in Rust and a willingness to expand skills into TypeScript (or vice versa).
- In-depth understanding of interoperability mechanisms (callbacks, promises, etc.).
- Experience with zero knowledge technologies is a bonus.
