At Cryptio, we’re a remote-first team, with most working 100% remotely, while others enjoy a mix of office time in our hubs in London or Paris. We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our small Data & Reconciliation API squad. This API-only product is central to our mission of enabling large-scale users to reconcile our proprietary on-chain datasets with their internal data seamlessly. You’ll play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining a high-performance, scalable system that ensures accuracy, speed, and reliability for enterprise-level use cases.

• Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of the Data & Reconciliation API

• Write and ship production-grade Rust code

• Document and test your code

• Work closely with product teams to ensure new features meet user needs

• Work with large-scale data pipelines, optimising reconciliation workflows for speed and accuracy

• Monitor and troubleshoot user issues, proactively implementing improvements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience delivering high-impact solutions in a fast-paced environment.

• Deep proficiency in Rust (writing and deploying production-grade code) and PostgreSQL (designing and implementing efficient, high-performing queries).

• Proven experience working with data-heavy products and optimising system performance.

• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management abilities, with a track record of building strong relationships with technical and non-technical audiences.

• An analytical mindset, a passion for solving complex problems, and a strong interest in the crypto and fintech industry.
