We are seeking an experienced Rust Developer to join our Customer engine team, which develops and maintains the core of the mobile ecosystem.
The main mission of our Customer Mobile Group is to create state-of-the-art development tools and SDKs for enterprise-grade customers. These tools enable developers to identify accessibility issues during the coding and deliver more accessible mobile applications.

Our client is a market-leading software development company that specializes in web and mobile accessibility. They focuse on providing accessibility automation to enterprises. Their AI-powered products save time and reduce risk via proprietary discovery and analysis algorithms that integrate directly into software development pipelines.
Job Description- Contribute to an end-to-end life cycle development process of new features from architecture to implementation
- Ensure the timely execution and delivery of high-quality mobile solutions
- Maintain code quality and automate processes
- Work closely with colleagues, management, and other teams to achieve your objectives
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback in a constructive manner
- Familiarity with popular Rust libraries, such as Tokio, Actix, Serde, Rayon, and Clap
- Knowledge of Rust’s package management and build systems
- Experience creating embedded applications that run in limited environments
- Experience in algorithm development, research, and performance optimization
- Experience with writing and maintaining unit and integration tests
- Solid understanding of algorithms and data structures
- Upper-Intermediate level of English
WILL BE A PLUS:
- Back-end development experience
- Familiarity with frameworks and tools for building APIs, and Back-end services
- Knowledge of other programming languages, preferably Python
- Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and experience with integrating AI-driven features into software solutions
