Job Description
Our client is a leading IT service provider specializing in innovative solutions for the Retail industry. With a strong focus on digital transformation, they design, develop and manage cutting-edge systems that support seamless operations across multiple markets.

Responsibilities
- Tailored robust client focus solutions: Research, assess, and recommend efficient solutions aligned with client needs.
- Advanced RPA Expertise: Continuously enhance Robotic Process Automation (RPA) knowledge, leveraging a strong foundation in OOP-based programming.
- Support and maintain RPA processes: Provide technical support and maintenance for RPA processes, ensuring stability and efficiency through a ticketing system while continuously improving automation workflows.
- Leverage your expertise: Analyze business processes, define requirements, and design scalable Robotic Process Automation solutions while adopting a consultative approach to enhance efficiency, performance, and client collaboration.
- Context switching & adaptability: Demonstrated ability to efficiently shift between tasks and priorities while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Nurture knowledge: Working closely with software engineers, product owners and provide mentorship and guidance to colleagues through code reviews, new processes, fostering continuous learning and best practices.
Qualifications
Must have:
- 5+ years of professional experience in developing software applications
- Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) – UiPath recommended
- Strong knowledge of an OOP based programming language like .NET
- Technical mindset with great attention to detail and a solution-oriented perspective
- Ability to quickly understand new processes and model them as software applications
- Fluent written and spoken English
Nice to have:
- Experience with M365/ SAP
- Process Mining technologies (UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, Celonis)
- Knowledge with Excel, including data analysis
