If you want to:
- Execute risk assessments by collaborating directly with various teams to identify, analyse, and evaluate risks;
- Work with the Risk Register, ensuring its maintenance, accuracy, and continuous improvement as a living tool for the organisation;
- Draft, maintain, and improve risk documentation and guides, ensuring they are clear and up-to-date;
- Contribute to BCM efforts, such as helping to update the BIA or supporting simulation drills;
- Oversee operational risk reporting and forms.
And you can check off:
- Proven experience with ERM frameworks and methodologies;
- Hands-on background in Risk Management, including running risk assessments and maintaining risk registers;
- A proactive, high-energy approach – you take initiative and move things forward without being asked;
- Strong ownership mindset – detail-oriented, accountable, and committed to high-quality work;
- Ability to work independently, spot gaps, and improve processes on your own;
- Strong writing skills and the ability to produce clear, well-structured documentation;
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
Bonus points if you:
- Have experience in BCM efforts, including updating BIA, managing threats, or organising simulation drills;
- Are familiar with GRC tools or ISO standards.
