About the Role

We're seeking a data-driven, hands-on professional to take ownership of our revenue cycle at Stork Club. The ideal candidate has experience in working in a fast moving organization, with an obsession with quality and a high level of detail orientation. We're looking for someone with strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving with an eye for process improvement. 


The successful candidate will own all aspects of the revenue cycle, including transaction processing, stakeholder relationships, and payment management and will be a critical contributor to the Revenue Operations team. Experience in healthcare is not required, but a quick learner who can adapt to our unique industry challenges is essential. You want to continue your career in a fast-paced startup with individual responsibility for the end result and outcomes of your domain. 


This role will evolve as we move towards automating our processes in a no-code and engineered environment. 


Responsibilities

  • Process authorizations and claims, including payments, daily
  • Communication with various internal and external stakeholders to solve problems and resolve issues
  • Review, analyze and interpret data related to the financial health of the business
  • Suggest process improvements and optimizations for the revenue cycle process
  • Implement strategies to manage claims denials and collect on outstanding payments in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with other members of the Revenue Operations teams to achieve company OKRs
  • Work with the Engineering team to identify and implement technological solutions to improve operational efficiency


About You

  • 3+ years of experience in operations or process improvement
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to resolving complex issues
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, adept at providing top-notch customer service
  • A quick learner, able to quickly adapt to new technologies and industry-specific processes
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and compliance
  • No-code automation skills are a plus
