What you will do in a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst role at Kyruus Health:

  • You’ll assist in the review of closed deals in SFDC to ensure fields that the Finance team leverages are complete and accurate per review of the executed paperwork. 
  • You’ll own the process of creating orders in NetSuite from orders that close in SFDC, and ensuring completeness between these systems. 
  • You’ll own the fulfillment tracking process in Netsuite
  • You’ll own the end-to-end Epion billing and revenue process.
  • You’ll oversee the billings and collections process, providing support to that function when needed and reporting status and issues up to management.
  • You’ll participate in system evaluations and implementations.
  • You’ll play a key role in the annual audit process.
  • You’ll report to the Manager, Revenue Accounting in the Accounting Department within the Finance Division.

  • Kyruunauts in the Senior Revenue Operations Analyst role can move in a more linear career path to a Revenue Operations Manager position. From there, you could move into a Manager, Revenue Operations level role or explore a management position within the Revenue Accounting vertical. 
  • Kyruus Health also loves to see an internal transfer. If a linear career path is not what you’re looking for, you can work with your manager and HR to explore lateral moves to other parts of the organization as you continue to grow with us.

What you will bring:

  • 4+ years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
  • Experience working at a software or SaaS company.
  • Billing and collections experience.
  • Contract and revenue recognition experience.
  • Experience working cross functionality to complete tasks/projectsProficient skills in other Microsoft Office and G Suite applications.
  • The following items are a plus, but are not required:
  • NetSuite experience, including the ARM, SuiteBilling, and Dunning modules
  • SFDC experience
  • An understanding that you are willing to tackle work that the team is responsible for that might not be specifically included in this job description.
  • You will bring an appreciation that we are one Finance team who is working towards the same goals, and when needed we help each other out to ensure the team is successful.
